Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) is a four-year annual undergraduate program offered by Tribhuvan University (TU) through the Faculty of Management (FOM). It aims to develop competent managers for business, industry, and government by combining conceptual knowledge with practical, reality-based skills in accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, economics, and entrepreneurship.

The program is delivered through TU's constituent campuses and affiliated colleges across Nepal under FOM's annual examination system. Each academic year ends with examinations conducted by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, TU, and the curriculum balances foundation courses, core business studies, and a final-year concentration.

Beyond compulsory and core management papers, fourth-year students concentrate in one functional area (Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing), complete Business Research Methods, and submit a Final Project based on organizational fieldwork  giving graduates both breadth across business functions and focused expertise.
