Check your SEE result on the official NEB portals. Use your Symbol Number and Date of Birth (BS) to view your GPA and grades.

How to check SEE result

Online (website)

Visit see.ntc.net.np or see.gov.np → Enter your Symbol Number and Date of Birth (BS format, e.g. 2066-12-15) → Click Submit. Your GPA and subject grades will appear. Use the “Download Marksheet” button to get a PDF.

SMS (Nepal Telecom)

Type SEE <space> SymbolNumber (e.g. SEE 12345678) and send to 1600. You will receive your GPA and result status by reply. Marksheet is not sent via SMS — use the website for that.

IVR (phone call)

Dial 1600 from your Nepal Telecom number. Follow the voice instructions and enter your symbol number when asked. You will hear your GPA and result status.

SEE grading system

You need at least GPA 1.6 in each subject and overall GPA 2.0 to pass. Below 35% in any subject is NG (Non-Graded).

How to download your SEE marksheet

After your result is shown on the website, look for the “Download Marksheet” or “Print” button. A PDF will be downloaded. This is a temporary copy; the original certificate is sent to your school later.

Frequently asked questions

SEE result is typically published in Ashad (June–July), a few weeks after the exam. The exact date is announced by NEB.
Symbol number is the unique roll number printed on your SEE admit card. You need it along with your date of birth to check the result.
NG means Non-Graded. It is given when you score below 35% in a subject. You need to pass the supplementary exam in that subject.
Yes. You can apply for rechecking within 7 days after the result. Apply via your school or online at exam.neb.gov.np/see. Fee is around NPR 300–500 per subject.
Type SEE followed by a space and your symbol number (e.g. SEE 12345678) and send to 1600 from your Nepal Telecom number.
