C Programming (CSC 115) is a core First Semester subject in Tribhuvan University’s BSc CSIT program (current / new course code). It introduces structured programming with the C language—problem solving, algorithms, control flow, arrays, functions, pointers, structures, file handling, and basic graphics—alongside practical lab work.
On this page you’ll find the official CSC 115 syllabus, downloadable C Programming notes PDF, and related exam resources as we add them. Use it to plan semester study, revise for theory exams, and practice for the lab component.
Note: Older batches may still see CSC 110 on past papers; the syllabus content is the same. CSC 115 is the current code under the revised grading system.
What you’ll learn
- Problem analysis, algorithms, flowcharts, and the structure of a C program
- Data types, operators, I/O, and control statements
- Arrays, strings, functions, structures, unions, and pointers
- File handling and an introduction to graphics programming
- Lab-oriented practice that builds logic for later CSIT courses
