NEB may activate SMS via Nepal Telecom during result hours. Check the latest notice at neb.gov.np for the exact format and short code.

Your school receives the official grade sheet and transcript. Contact your exam section if you cannot access the online portal.

Marksheet & retotaling

Download your marksheet PDF from the portal when available. For rechecking/retotaling, apply within NEB's deadline - usually via your school or the student portal with a per-subject fee.

Pass criteria summary

  • Minimum 35% in theory and 40% in practical/internal in each subject - failing either gives NG.
  • Minimum grade D (GP 1.6) in every subject to pass that subject.
  • NG in up to two subjects → eligible for supplementary (grade increment) exam.
